Your website is a great place to market your app. The largest companies in the world market their apps from their websites, encouraging users to download their app to their phone because it keeps your clients coming back!
Here are some best practices to keep in mind when marketing your app on your website:
- Have clear app store graphics with a call to download the app
- Use clever and enticing slogans (need ideas?)
- Make sure to include the App icon and App Name very clearly!
- Make sure the app is marketed on the front page of the website.
Facebook is an excellent place to market your app. There are a few different ways to do this.
To start, make sure you post about your app on your Facebook wall, here are a few things we recommend you include in that post:
- Your App Name
- App Icon
- Google Play & Apple App Store graphics (need these?)
- Your Homestack download link (need this?)
Use phrases like “Check out my FREE app, I am only one touch away.” or “Search the MLS on my FREE app, see what every house in the neighborhood is selling for and find out what your home is worth!" (more script ideas here)

Facebook Ads are also a great marketing piece. Make sure you run ads that target your farm area zip codes, and make sure you have a graphic that includes the key points from above.
Pro Tip! If you have a business FB page, post there first then share the post on your personal page. This means double marketing for your app, promoting your business on your personal page - and appealing to all audiences!
We recommend you place your app on ALL your marketing that you're sending out! This means there are many different platforms we haven't even touched on, here are a few you can easily add your app information (app icon, app name, app store graphics) to:
- Local Facebook Groups, Local Apps (Neighborhood, etc.)
- Live Video (Facebook & Instagram)
