FLYERS & POSTCARDS
If you're already sending out flyers/postcards make sure your apps information is front & center! Depending on the size of your print piece you may only have room for a couple elements. If so make sure to include:
- Your App Name
- Your App Icon
- Google Play & Apple App Store graphics
OPEN HOUSE FLYERS
If you have time, help them install the app and walk through how to use it. The app will get their verified name, number, and email for future followup (goodbye sign-up sheets!).
You’re the only contact in the app and now you can leverage Agent Insights to study their habits and win them as a client. You have now turned a cold lead into a warm lead, differentiated yourself from other agents and provided them with a valuable tool! Win-win!
Pro Tip! Have the Open House Listing up on the app. From the detailed view in the bottom menu tap the share icon and send the listing to any prospects right there. They can get additional info on the home & you generate/capture a lead!
Example Script: “This is a great house! I hope its the one for you - if it isn’t I can save you hours of driving around today! I have a FREE app that will give you information on every Open House before you even walk in! That way you’ll know if it has exactly what you’re looking for and save you time, it will even give you driving directions from house to house! Let me text it to you.”
On your business card you should add:

When asked for a card always mention your personal app and text them an invite so they never lose your information!
Great place to advertise your app! Either create new signs with your app on it or just create sign riders with the app info. Anyone walking by the house can download the app and you capture a lead! The app tracks their location so they get info on the listing right away. Another win-win! An easy, simple way for everyone to see your app presence.
Example Script: “For more information on this house download APP NAME.” Be sure to include the App Store graphics and QR codes that we’ve provided to you.
