If you are unable to login to your agent account this can be due to creating a user profile with the same email address. Here is how to fix that.

Login to app

Click on 'Account' in the lower right corner

Click on 'My Profile' at the top

Change the email address to an alternate email address. (AKA not your agent one).

Click 'Save changes'

Log out of app
-
Login to app with Agent credentials.
Note: If you do see 'Insights' as an option at the bottom, you are logged in as a user and not an agent.
