Ready to add your app information to your email signature like the image below? This is an easy and important marketing piece and there are a few ways to do this. Learn how to add your apps info to your email signature for Apple Mail, Gmail and Outlook. Before you begin, please make sure you have your graphics and link ready.
APPLE MAIL

Open Apple (Mac) Mail from the dock, then go to the top menu bar and click 'Mail'. Select the option 'Preferences'.

The Preferences window will open over the mail window. Click the Signatures tab. In the left column, select the email account you want to use the signature for then click the + icon.

Note: You can drag signatures from one account to another, or to and from All Signatures. If you create a signature in All Signatures, you must drag it to an account to use it.

In the middle column, type a name for the signature. (Double click name to change it.)

In the right column (the preview), create your signature (You can use the Edit or Format menus on the top bar to change the font or layout.)

To add your HomeStack email signature image drag the image into the new signature box from your Desktop.

With the image selected (click on image you will see a blue line appear to the right side), from the top menu bar click 'Edit' then select 'Add Link' and enter your app's Landing Page url. You can find your landing page's URL in your Agent Dashboard under the Marketing section.

When finished, click OK. You did it!
GMAIL

Open Gmail.

Click the gear icon on the top right.

Click Settings.

Scroll down to the “Signature” section and enter your signature text in the box. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons as needed.

To connect your HomeStack Email Signature image click on the image box and choose the image from your computer.

Once the image appears you'll need to highlight the image and click the chain icon on the toolbar.

Enter the your app's 'Web Address' directly under 'To what URL should this link go?'. You can find your app's web address in your Agent Dashboard under the Marketing section.

When finished, click Save at the. Now you are all set!
OUTLOOK

Open a new Email in Outlook.

In the Include group, click Signature, then Signatures.

In the Signature window, either choose an existing signature to edit or click New, to create a brand new signature. (If you choose New, type a name for the signature then click OK.)

Highlight the signature you wish to change.

In the Edit signature box, type the text you want to include in your signature. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons as needed.

To connect your HomeStack Email Signature photo follow one of the options below:

If your icon is saved as a file click on the image box and choose the image from your computer.

You can also add an image by copying and pasting it into the Edit signature line.

Once the image appears you'll need to highlight the icon with your mouse and click the link button.

Enter your download link URL into the address line. You can find this URL by using the Invite Friends function to send the link or contact us and we can get that for you.
