If you are unable to login to your agent account this can be due to creating a user profile with the same email address. Here is how to fix that.

Login to app with your 'User' credentials (not agent credentials).

Click on 'Account' in the lower right corner.

Scroll and tap on Settings.

Tap on Delete account.

Tap on Delete to confirm you wish to delete
- Once deleted you will be routed to the login screen. From here you can login with your agent credentials.
Note: If you do not see 'Insights' as an option at the bottom, you are logged in as a user and not an agent.
