This powerful in-app chat not only provides an always-on greeting to new users but also allows agents to speak to customers instantly, at the moment of highest intent, when searching for properties in your App. Chat is also proven to be one of the most effective tools for boosting lead volume and conversions. Add multiple contacts to your chat to streamline communications - For example, if you'd like to include your client's spouse plus the lender you are working with all in one thread, it can eliminate multiple messages.

START A NEW CHAT
- Open the app.
- Tap on 'Chat' on the bottom menu pane.
- Tap on the notepad icon in the top right
- From here you will see a list of your users. You can either scroll through the list or simple search by name at the top.
- Tap on users name.
- Tap on 'Chat' to start the chat.
- From here you can type a message to send, attach/take images to send, or send a listing.
- If you would like to add another user to the chat simply tap on the person+ icon near the top right.
- If the person is an existing user tap Add from app and follow the steps 3-5 from above.
- If the person is not an existing user tap Invite by email and follow the steps on screen.
