As an agent you will receive alerts for user activity within the app and receive push notifications if enabled. Alerts are sent to the app for the following.
- New user sign up
- User favorites a listing
- User creates a saved search
- User writes a note on a listing.
In addition to user alerts, you will receive alerts for any of the following that you do within the app.

A favorited listing changes price.

A favorited listing changes status. (Active to Pending, Pending to Sold, Pending to Active).

Updates to your Saved Searches. Such as the following:
- New listings hit the market on an Active Saved Search.
- Sold listings are added on a Sold Saved Search.
- New leases hit the market on a Lease Saved Search.
- New pending listings on a Pending Saved Search.
ALERTS TAB
Alerts will be shown in the app under the 'Alerts' tab on the bottom menu. Tap on the tab to see all recent alerts from user activity, saved searches, listings status/price and more.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Push notifications pop up on a mobile device alerting the user/you about recent activity within your app. It is a great way to speak directly to your user. Push notifications don't get caught in spam filters, or forgotten in an inbox — click-through rates can be twice as high as email. They can also remind users to use your app, whether the app is open or not. They show up on both the Lock Screen and/or Home Screen, see below.
LOCK SCREEN
From the lock screen on the device, a banner will appear notifying the user/you if one of alerts above occur. To view the notification inside your app, simply tap on the banner alert. This will automatically take you to the Detail View of the listing inside of your app.
HOMESCREEN

If you are on the home screen of your phone and you receive a notification, you will see a red dot with the number of notifications on the corner of your app icon.

When you open your app, click on 'Alerts' on the bottom menu pane.

From here you can view which listings were added or changed status. Click on the alert to see more information.
- You can adjust your Alert types by selecting the filter button in the top right corner.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Email notifications are sent to the user's/your email inbox alerting them/you about recent activity within the app. When there is a price change, status change, or an update to a Saved Search, the user/you will receive an email! When the user/you opens the email, they will be able to view the notification. There will be a button at the bottom of the email that will link the user to your app.
