Favorites

When searching for homes, it’s important to keep track of listings so you can easily revisit them and share them with clients. The app makes it easy to favorite listings and organize them into Favorites Lists, so everything you need is always right at your fingertips.

Favorites Lists allow you to group saved homes together and, if needed, share those lists with clients directly through the app.

HOW TO FAVORITE A LISTING 

1. Open the app.
2. When you find a property you’re interested in, tap the heart icon on the listing to save it.
3. You can favorite a listing from four different views in the app. In each view, simply tap the heart icon.
   • Map Quick View
   • Card View
   • Grid View
   • Detail View
4. After tapping the heart icon, an Add to Favorites prompt will appear with the following options.
   • Create a New List: Create a new Favorites List to organize listings based on criteria such as neighborhood, price range, or home style.
   • Add to an Existing Favorites List: Select one or more existing Favorites Lists to add the listing to.
5. Once added to your chosen list, scroll to the bottom to save. Now the listing has been successfully added to the favorites list.

6. After adding a listing to Favorites, you’ll also see the option to schedule a tour.

   • Scheduling a Tour: Click 'Yes' to schedule a tour. Choose a day and select a date from the calendar. You can add a note for the agent about your availability. An email with this information will be sent to the agent.
   • Skip for Now: Select this option if you don’t want to schedule a tour at this time.

7. After scheduling or skipping the tour, the listing will be added to your selected Favorites List and you’ll return to the search screen.

VIEWING AND MANAGING FAVORITES LIST

To access your Favorites Lists, tap Favorites in the bottom navigation of the app.

Here, you’ll see all of your Favorites Lists and how many homes are saved in each list. Tap into a list to view the homes it contains.

EDITING YOUR FAVORITES LIST

1. Tap on 'Favorites'.
2. Find the favorite listing and click the heart icon again.
3. A list of your favorites lists will appear.
4. To edit the list location:
   • Select or deselect lists to move the listing or remove it completely (which unfavorites it).
   • Choose the new list and deselect the current one.
   • Click 'Update Listing' to save your changes.
5. Removing a Listing from Favorites: Click 'Remove from All Lists' to unfavorite the listing from all your lists.

SHARING FAVORITES LIST

Favorites Lists can be shared directly from the app.

To share a Favorites List:

1. Open the app.

2. Tap Favorites in the bottom navigation.

3. Tap the nine-square icon in the top right corner.

4. You will see a list of all your Favorites Lists.

5. Find the list you want to share.

6. Tap the Share icon next to that list.

7. Begin typing the name of the app user.

8. Select the user from the list.

9. Confirm sharing.

10. Sharing the list is how a user is added to it.

MANAGING SHARED FAVORITES LIST

To manage who already has access to a Favorites List:

1. Open the app.

2. Tap Favorites in the bottom navigation.

3. Tap the nine-square icon in the top right corner.

4. On the next screen, tap the people icon in the top right.

5. You will see all Favorites Lists.

6. Tap the list you want to manage.

From here, you can:

• Remove a specific user from the list

• Remove all users from the list

• Stop sharing the list completely

Any changes you make take effect immediately.
