We are sad to see you go. HomeStack Mobile Application products do not have any long term contracts or commitments and can be cancelled any time. If you wish to cancel your HomeStack App please contact our account services team at 844-469-0605 option 1 and they would be happy to assist you with this.
In the event that a client’s payment is not received, HomeStack will begin the process of deactivating their account and removing all applicable apps from the store. However, before this is done HomeStack will make multiple attempts to contact the app account holder via phone and email to resolve the payment issues. After 3 consecutive months of non-payment the app account deactivated and the apps removed from the store.
