The cancellation request form should take no more than a few minutes. To avoid monthly charges, please submit cancellation request a minimum of 24 business hours before next bill cycle. Thank you.
In the event that a client’s payment is not received, HomeStack will begin the process of deactivating their account and removing all applicable apps from the store. However, before this is done HomeStack will make multiple attempts to contact the app account holder via phone and email to resolve the payment issues. After 3 consecutive months of non-payment the app account deactivated and the apps removed from the store.
