We are delighted that you want to contribute to your partner Brokers/Agents mobile application. Here at HomeStack creating value through strategic partnerships is one of our core beliefs. We have tried to make this process as simple, easy and straightforward as possible. However, there are certain processes and procedures we must follow to ensure account integrity and compliance. Below are some key informational points to know before you begin. After that are the links and instructions on how to submit a payment!
Key Point #1
In order to ensure all App Account payments are made timely and no account issues arise, vendors are only allowed to contribute bulk payments to an App Account. Split monthly payments on Brokers/Agent subscriptions are not allowed and vendors are not able to be billed on a monthly basis through the HomeStack automated billing system. As HomeStack’s agreement is with the broker/agent and not with the vendor, we are unable to jeopardize the account by splitting subscription payments.
Key Point #2
All bulk payment contributions to App Accounts must be at minimum $480. Most vendors make a payment annually to contribute to the App Account but payments can be made more often if desired. These payments range from $480 to $5,000+ and are usually based on agreed upon amounts (e.g. vendor wants to contribute $100/month to the app they would make an annual payment of $1,200 or a half year payment of $600). Once processed, these payments are then applied to the account to be used over the coming billing cycles.
Key Point #3
Anytime a vendor makes a payment to an app account, there could possibly be RESPA compliance issues. It is important for you as the vendor to ensure that the transaction you are about to perform is in full compliance with RESPA as well as any other local, state or federal regulations. HomeStack is not responsible or liable for any non-compliant actions.
Key Point #4
Vendors can make payments by Credit Card (preferred) or check. Invoices will be sent after processing but if an invoice is needed before processing can occur, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request one. Please provide your name, the Agent/Broker name and their App name and the amount to be processed.
