How to change your password

CHANGE PASSWORD

Through the app you have the ability the change your password following these steps.

1. Open App.
2. Tap 'Account' on the bottom right.
3. Tap 'My Profile' at the top.
4. Tap 'Change Password'.
5. Enter your New Password.
6. When finished, tap 'Save new password'.

FORGOT PASSWORD

If you forgot your password you can request a reset link by following the steps below. 

1. Open App.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Tap Forgot Password.
4. Enter your email address and tap on 'Send reset link' and will email a password reset link to you.
   • Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not see the reset email in your inbox.
   • If you do not receive a reset email, please reach out to [e-mail].
5. Type in your new password twice, then click Reset Password.
6. Voila! Now you can login to the app using your new password.
