Your HomeStack powered app connects directly to Go High Level (GHL), so leads captured in the app flow straight into your GHL database — and everyday app activity from your clients keeps logging to their contact record long after they're first created.
Note: The GHL integration can be connected at the Super Admin/Team Lead level for your whole team, or individually by each agent for their own account.
It's included in our Pro and Enterprise plans. If you believe you should have access but don't, or you're on a different plan and would like to add it A La Carte, please contact support@homestack.com.
How the Integration Works
Once a client registers for your app, HomeStack automatically sends them into your GHL database as a lead, passing over their name, phone number, and email address.
Each new lead is automatically checked against your existing GHL contacts before a record is created. If a matching contact already exists, HomeStack uses that record instead of creating a new one — so you don't end up with duplicate contacts for the same person.
Connecting Go High Level
To connect Go High Level:
1. Go to dashboard.homestack.com/integrations.
2. Find GHL in the list of supported CRMs.
3. Follow the login instructions, choosing your sub-account from the dropdown.
Once connected, you can return to this same Integrations tab any time to confirm the connection is active or to reconnect if your credentials change.
What Syncs to Your GHL Contacts
Beyond the initial lead handoff, ongoing app activity is logged as activity on that same GHL contact record. This includes:
- Properties the client has viewed
- Properties the client has favorited
- Notes the client has left on properties
- Saved searches the client has created
You'll find all of these events afterward under the Notes section of the contact's record in GHL.
Multiple Team Members & Lead Assignment
If you have multiple team members connected on the same account, a lead is automatically assigned in GHL to whichever agent that lead is assigned to in your HomeStack Dashboard.
Important: each team member must use the same email address to log in to both HomeStack and GHL. Your email address is the unique identifier we use to match you as an agent across both systems — if it doesn't match, leads may not assign correctly.
Backfilling Contacts Added Before You Connected
Contacts that were added to your app before you turned on the GHL integration do not automatically sync over. If you'd like to run a back sync to bring those existing contacts into GHL, reach out to support@homestack.com and we can assist you.
Two-Way Sync
New: two-way sync is now available.
We've enhanced the GHL integration with two-way sync, so contacts can flow from GHL into HomeStack as well — not just the other direction. This adds:
Seamless contact import. Import all or select GHL contacts directly into your HomeStack Dashboard, including their names, assigned agent, tags, and saved search data.
Automated welcome process. Contacts imported this way automatically receive a personalized welcome email introducing your app's value propositions, along with their login credentials.
Easy activation: two-way sync is opt-in. Contact your account manager to turn it on and start importing GHL contacts into HomeStack.
