In the Dashboard, the Agents tab will show all agents who have been added to the app. In this section you can Add an Agent, Edit an Agent, Delete an Agent, and Download CSV file of all agents. If you are a single agent, you will only see yourself. If you are a Super Admin for a team or brokerage, you will see all agents.
ADD AN AGENT
- On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and click on 'Agents'.
- Look for the option 'New agent' and select it.
- Fill in the requested information for the new agent.
- Click on 'Create agent & send email' to finalize the creation process.
- The agent's profile will be populated, allowing you to continue filling out the remaining information.
- Provide the necessary details in the agent's profile.
- Toggle the 'Active' switch to enable the agent to be visible in the app.
- Once you have completed all the required information, click on 'Update' to save the changes.
- Congratulations! You have successfully created and updated the agent's profile.
EDIT AN AGENT
- From the list of agents, find the specific agent you wish to edit.
- Look for the 'Edit' button located to the right of the agent's information and click on it.
- Make the desired edits and modifications to the agent's profile, such as updating contact details or changing preferences.
- Once you have completed the necessary changes, click on the 'Update' button to save the updated information.
DELETE AN AGENT
- From the list of agents, find the specific agent you wish to delete.
- Look for the 'Edit' button located to the right of the agent's information and click on it.
- On the right-hand side, under the agent's photo, you will find the option to delete the agent.
- Please note that deleting an agent is irreversible and cannot be undone.
- Before proceeding with the deletion, ensure that you have selected the correct agent to be deleted.
- If you are certain about deleting the agent, click on the delete option to remove the agent from the app.
DOWNLOAD CSV FILE
- On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and click on 'Agents'.
- Look for the option 'Download CSV' and select it.
- The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
- Navigate to the location where the file was downloaded.
- Click on the file to open and view its contents.
- Inside the CSV file, you should find the following information columns:
- Name
- Phone
- Photo
- Active - App status
- Invite Link - Agents direct link
