Exclusive Listings

Exclusive Listings feature allows you to add listings to the app to be featured. These can be listings where you are the listing agent, commercial properties, listings you have sold, and much more. You are able to request the name 'Exclusive Listings' to be changed to anything. Some agents love to highlight listings they have sold! Follow the steps below to add your own Exclusive Listings.

1. Login to the Agent Dashboard.

2. Click on 'Exclusive listings' on the left hand side.

3. Click on 'New listing' near the top right.

4. Fill out the information listed in each section below and click 'Create listing' on each section that has it listed.

   • ADDRESS
     1. Address
     2. City
     3. State
     4. Zip

   • DETAILS

     1. List Price
     2. Listing date
     3. Property type
     4. Status
     5. Beds, Bath, Sqft, Lot size, Garage spaces & Year built
     6. Public Remarks

   • LOCATION

     1. Latitude
     2. Longitude

   • LISTING PHOTOS

     1. Drag & drop photos here, or click to select. Photos auto save to the listing.

   • MISC.

     1. MLS# or ID
     2. List agent
     3. List agent license #
     4. List agent company
     5. Disclaimer

5. Once all this information is filled out and saved, set the status to 'Active' so that it shows in the app. 

6. If you need to edit or delete an Exclusive Listing, click the 'Edit' or 'Delete' button to the right of the listing.
