As the account holder you have the ability to view billing and subscription details, update payment method and view invoices.
- My Account
- Click on 'My Account' to edit your information.
- Invoices
- Click on 'Invoices'.
- Here you will see a compilation of all invoices for you account that have been created.
- Click on 'View' to the far right of the particular invoice you would like to see details of.
- Click on 'Download PDF' on the top left if you would like to save the invoice.
- Plan Type/Status
- Plan Name
- Monthly subscription amount
- Next Billing date
- Plan Status
- Plan Details
- Subscription Start date
- Current Balance
- Agent Fee (If applicable)
- Billing Details
- Click on Update Payment Method to update card on file.
