Favorites Lists allow you to organize listings and share curated property collections with specific users directly from your Agent Dashboard. This makes it easy to collaborate with clients, highlight properties they care about, and keep shared listings organized in one place.
HOW TO ACCESS FAVORITES LISTS
Log into your Agent Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click Favorites Lists.
This will open a page showing all Favorites Lists you have created, along with how many listings are in each list and whether the list has been shared.
VIEWING A LIST
Click on any Favorites List to expand it.
Inside the list, you will see:
The listings included in that list
Whether the list is currently shared
Which users have access to the list
If a list has not been shared yet, it will show as Never shared.
SHARING WITH USERS
To share a list, click Add Users inside the Favorites List.
A search window will open.
Begin typing the user’s name or email address.
You must type at least two characters to search.Select one or more users from the results.
Click Add to share the list.
Once shared, the user will have access to that Favorites List inside the app.
REMOVING USERS FROM A LIST
To remove a specific user, click the X next to their name.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
This will remove access for that user only.
STOP SHARING A LIST
To remove access for all users at once, click Stop Sharing This List.
Confirm the action in the popup window.
This will immediately remove the Favorites List from all users.
This action cannot be undone.
