This powerful in-app chat not only provides an always-on greeting to new users, but also allows agents to speak to customers instantly, at the moment of highest intent, when searching for properties in your App. Chat is also proven to be one of the most effective tools for boosting lead volume and conversions.
When a new user signs up in the app, you can automatically send them a welcome message. This message can be customized in the Dashboard by the app Admin.
- Login to the Agent Dashboard
- Locate and click on 'Chat' in the left side menu pane.
- Find the 'Bot Message' field within the chat settings.
- Enter the welcome message that you would like new users to see in the 'Bot Message' field.
- After entering the message, look for a button or option such as 'Update bot message' and click on it to save the changes.
