Mortgage Pro is a customizable feature that allows you to showcase a preferred lender directly inside your app. This helps create a more streamlined experience for clients while giving agents and admins flexibility in how lender information is displayed.
Mortgage Pro can be configured at multiple levels, depending on how much control you want to allow across your app.
CONFIGURATION LEVELS
Mortgage Pro can be set at three different levels:
App Level (Default): A single Mortgage Pro is used across the entire app for all agents.
Office Level: Different offices can each have their own Mortgage Pro assigned.
Agent Level: Individual agents can have their own Mortgage Pro assigned by the Super Admin(s).
Admins can choose which configuration level makes the most sense for their organization.
ADD / EDIT MORTGAGE PRO
- Login to the Agent Dashboard: Go to dashboard.homestack.com and log in using your credentials.
- On the left-side menu pane, scroll down and click on 'Mortgage Pro.'
- Here, you will need to input the lender's details. Please provide the following information:
- Name: Enter the preferred lender's name.
- E-Mail: Input their contact email address.
- Phone: Provide the lender's contact number.
- Website: We recommend copying and pasting the lender's website URL directly from their website.
- Company: Specify the lender's company name.
- License #: Enter the lender's license number.You may also upload a lender photo if available. For best results, the image should be 600 x 600 pixels to avoid stretching or distortion.
- When all information has been entered, click Save to apply the Mortgage Pro.
ALLOWING AGENTS TO SET THEIR OWN MORTGAGE PRO
By default, Mortgage Pro is set as a universal lender at the App Level. If you would like agents to set their own preferred lender, you can enable this option in the Mortgage Pro Settings panel by toggling Allow agents to set their own Mortgage Pro.
When this option is enabled:
Agents can add or update their own Mortgage Pro
Agent-level Mortgage Pros will override the default app-level lender for that agent
Agents follow the same setup process to enter lender details
ADMIN-CONTROLLED AGENT MORTGAGE PROS
In addition to allowing agents to manage their own Mortgage Pro, admins can also preset Mortgage Pros for individual agents if preferred.
This allows admins to:
Assign specific lenders to specific agents
Maintain consistency while still supporting multiple lender relationships
Override or define agent-level Mortgage Pros without requiring agent input
This is especially useful for teams or brokerages that want tighter control over lender representation.
Mortgage Pro gives you the flexibility to highlight trusted lenders while keeping the experience clean and professional for both agents and clients. Whether you choose a single universal lender or a more granular setup, the configuration options allow you to tailor the experience to fit your workflow.
