Sellers can stay in the know with HomeHub — add your address and get ongoing stats and reports on your home's value and local market, even when you're not actively searching. Your agent can set it up for you, too.
What makes HomeHub different: the market valuation isn't locked to an algorithm. An agent can enter their own researched value for a client's home, and it displays with a checkmark instead of the automated range — a real point of trust for clients used to generic, algorithm-only estimates from other apps.

What is HomeHub?
HomeHub is a home-value and market-activity tracker built into your app. Add a property address, and it pulls together a market valuation, sale history, a value-over-time chart, local market and price insights, and similar listings nearby — all in one view. Here's what it looks like:
The longer a HomeHub has been active, the more useful it gets: once it's been running for a month or longer, each insight shows a plus or minus trend indicator comparing it to the prior month, not just a flat number.
The client experience
Clients start from the My home tab in the app. Here's the step-by-step:
-
Open the My home tab. If no one has set anything up yet, you'll see an empty state: "Add your home to view property insights," with an Add your home button.
If your agent already added your address for you, you'll instead see "Your agent has set HomeHub for you" with a Set up and view button, so you can confirm the details and view it immediately.
Enter the address and tap Continue. Either path leads to the same form: Street address, City, State, and Zip code.
Wait for HomeHub to generate. This takes just a few minutes, while a "Setting up your HomeHub" progress screen shows.
-
View your HomeHub. Once it's ready, your HomeHub opens to your property on the map, current market valuation with the percent change versus last month, last sold price and date, the valuation-over-time chart, and Market insights and Price insights cards. If your brokerage has Mortgage Pro enabled, you'll also see a mortgage advisor contact card here.
Afterward, clients can always get back to their HomeHub from the My home tab at the bottom of the app.
Monthly reports
Once a HomeHub is set up, the client is automatically sent a monthly emailed report with the same core stats and trends: the change in market valuation, and the current Market insights and Price insights figures, along with their agent's name and contact info.
Setting up HomeHub as an agent
Agents reach a client's HomeHub the same way they reach a client's saved searches. Here's the step-by-step:
- Open Leads and tap into a client. Swipe into Leads and tap into a specific client. HomeHub is the first thing shown on that client's profile.
- Add the address, if the client doesn't have one yet. Use the same Street address, City, State, and Zip code form clients use.
-
HomeHub generates and appears on the lead. If the client sets up their own HomeHub first instead, it automatically shows up on that lead the next time the agent opens it, and the agent is notified.
Either way, the agent then sees the same full HomeHub view a client sees on their own end (already captured above, in The client experience).
One current limitation: once an address is added to a client's HomeHub, an agent can't edit or remove it from their side. Only the client can update it, from their own account. If a client's address has changed, ask them to update it directly in the app.
Afterward, an agent can always get back to a client's HomeHub from Leads > [client name].
Overriding the valuation (agent-verified)
By default, HomeHub's market valuation is an automated estimate shown as a range with an average. Here's what that default valuation looks like before any override:
From the client's HomeHub, an agent can enter their own researched value instead. Here's what that looks like while they're entering it:
When they do, that number replaces the automated range and displays with a checkmark, signaling it reflects the agent's own assessment rather than the algorithm alone. Here's what that looks like once it's set:
This is one of HomeHub's strongest selling points compared to typical automated valuation tools: it gives an agent a direct way to correct or refine a number for a client, rather than leaving them with an algorithm-only estimate they cannot challenge.
FAQ
Can a client remove their HomeHub or change the address? Yes, from their own account. Agents currently can't edit or remove it on the client's behalf.
Will I be notified if my client sets up their own HomeHub? Yes. It will appear on that lead automatically, and the agent is notified.
How often does the data update? Market insights, price insights, and the market valuation refresh monthly, and the client's emailed report goes out on the same monthly cadence.
What does the checkmark next to a valuation mean? It means the client's agent has manually entered that value themselves, rather than it coming from the automated estimate.
