As the account holder, you have the ability to view billing and subscription details, update your payment method, and view invoices from the Agent Dashboard. Log in to get started.

ACCOUNT INFO My Account

Edit the personal and contact information tied to your HomeStack account.

  1. Log in to the Agent Dashboard.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and click on My Account.
  3. Update your account information as needed and save your changes.

STEP-BY-STEP Invoices

Review every invoice that has been generated on your account, open one to see its details, or save a copy as a PDF for your records.

  1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Invoices.
  2. You'll see a compilation of every invoice that has been created on your account.
  3. Click View on the far right of any invoice to see its full details.
  4. Once the invoice is open, click Download PDF at the top left if you'd like to save a copy.

QUICK LOOKUP Plan Type & Status

A snapshot of the plan you're currently subscribed to and the state of your subscription.

Plan Name Which HomeStack plan you're subscribed to
Monthly Subscription Amount The recurring amount billed each month
Next Billing Date When your next charge will be processed
Plan Status Whether your subscription is active, paused, or past due

DEEP DIVE Plan Details

Deeper context on the subscription itself — when it started, what you owe right now, and any per-agent fees.

Subscription & balance
  • Subscription start date — when your current subscription began
  • Current balance — any outstanding amount on your account
Add-on charges
  • Agent fee (if applicable) — per-agent charges added to your plan

PAYMENT METHOD Billing Details

Update the credit card or payment method on file for your subscription.

  1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Billing Details.
  2. Click Update Payment Method to update the card on file.
